We all know you can&#039;t stop users, nor should you. So why not educate them so they can avoid the pain and waste of false starts.]]></description>

If at the outset you sit down with all parties and jot down what you have what you absolutely need and what you would like. It&#039;s amazing how often everyone&#039;s requirements align they just don&#039;t know it. IT want to minimize user support and help desk calls, users want a simple and easy to use system and both want stability and reliability.
